Steps

1.

Pick, wash and drain the rice.

Slice onions.

Heat fat, fry onions to a golden brown colour.

Remove half the onions and keep aside.

Add cumin to the remaining onions and fry for a few minutes. Add rice and fry well.

Add salt, boiling water and cook till done.

Serve hot garnished with golden browned onions.
